Because the cost of FRP fan is higher than that of steel fan, FRP fan will not be selected in ordinary ventilation environment, and the places with acid-base gas are limited compared with those with ordinary environment, so the demand for FRP fan is less than that of steel fan.
Since 2008, the production of FRP axial flow fan in China has changed from manual to mechanized. Some manufacturers have begun to use four column hydraulic press to produce FRP axial flow fan shell. The produced fan is called molded FRP axial flow fan. By 2012, the four column hydraulic press has been used to produce FRP roof fan shell and rain cap. The produced fan is called molded FRP roof fan. 1、 FRP anti-corrosion fan
First, check whether the axis of the FRP anti-corrosion fan impeller is tortuous, and then check whether the fan inlet clock and the impeller are worn. Axial FRP anti-corrosion fan, check whether the coupling is displaced or abraded, handle and adjust the FRP anti-corrosion fan motor or replace the coupling. Check whether there are too many crystals on the impeller of FRP anti-corrosion fan, and handle and clean the crystals on the impeller. Finally, check whether the impeller is out of balance, check whether the foundation channel of FRP anti-corrosion fan is solid, and deal with the strength and level of the foundation channel.
2、 Loud noise
Check whether the FRP anti-corrosion fan bearing is damaged, and handle and replace the FRP anti-corrosion fan bearing. Check the abrasion between the FRP anti-corrosion fan inlet clock and the fan impeller, deal with and repair the inlet clock or move the bearing seat backward.
Check whether the air duct makes noise, whether there is co vibration, whether the wall of the air duct is too thin, and add support frame to the air duct or add sound insulation cotton to the air duct. Check whether the FRP anti-corrosion fan absorbs foreign matters and whether the air duct is blocked. If there are foreign matters blocked, it must be connected in time.
3、 Current overload
Check whether the FRP anti-corrosion fan exceeds the additional speed, deal with and adjust it to the additional speed, detect the fault of model selection due to excessive resistance of the on-site system, and deal with the replacement model. Check whether the investigation hole or window of the on-site air duct is closed, resulting in the current overload of the FRP anti-corrosion fan motor, and deal with the closed window and investigation hole. Check whether the working direction of FRP impeller is correct. In addition, remember to check whether the ammeter you use meets the specifications.
4、 The air volume of FRP anti-corrosion fan is getting smaller and smaller
Check whether the system pressure conforms to the planning parameters, check whether the air duct of FRP anti-corrosion fan is leaking, check the air duct regularly and timely, and deal with it accordingly. Then adjust the FRP anti-corrosion fan belt according to the on-site system pressure to fit the function of the on-site fan. Finally, check whether the FRP anti-corrosion fan belt is damaged and loose, and deal with it quickly, adjust the belt tightness or replace the belt.
