The main reason for these phenomena is that there is continuous or short-term negative pressure in these equipment during operation, and the equipment is not equipped with anti negative pressure valve. What are the reasons for the negative pressure in the FRP storage tank? Here are some common situations:
1、 The water produced from the FRP tank (sand, carbon and soft) directly enters the RO pump. When the equipment is running, the raw water pump and RO pump stop at the same time, and there is negative pressure in the FRP tank, especially when the operating pressure is low (less than 1kg), it is easy to have instantaneous negative pressure.
Solution: pay attention to the shutdown sequence of raw water pump and RO pump, and remember not to shut down at the same time.

2、 The water production pipe of FRP tank is long or lower than the height of FRP tank. When the equipment is running, the raw water pump suddenly stops, which is easy to produce negative pressure.
Solution: pay close attention to the operation of the equipment and adjust the length of the water production pipe in time.
3、 When the equipment is switched between backwashing, washing and operation, if the blowdown pipe is long and lower than the height of FRP tank, it is also easy to produce negative pressure.
4、 Negative pressure will often occur due to misoperation of operators.
Solution: the operator must operate according to the operating procedures and shall not change the operating method at will.
